 Once Measurements are done and results exported, it's easy to construct a comprehensive report using for instance MS/Excel.
  • Here is an example, with measurement results got on same DUT using LC_LIN "low-cost" procedure, against results from ATTDAC Bench, and typical curves from component manufacturer.
  • As EMA measurement procedures are comming from only one file (bky-muz), an HyperLink may provide direct access the very one measurement used to construct final report.

The Measurement Procedure Used from MS/Excel Report Sheet
The HyperLink to Measurement Procedure used to construct report curves is opened :
  • As long as no new  measurement is performed, last results are saved inside the bky-muz procedure file, and are viewable using it's own presentation, as well as parameters values used to get them.
  • Even, a new measurement may be launched, then results exported. In such a case, final report will reflects new measurement as soon as done.

Here, user display zoom is used to show same part of digital input to DAC versus analog input as the one used during "fast demo" with low-cost equipment.

Note that it's even possible to open at the same time two different EMA measurement procedure and get a direct comparison.
Link2ExportedResults The exported file from EMA measurement procedure is shown.
This file is the one that is used to build the graphic displayed on final report sheet.
Link to Exported File The linked EMA exported file is opened and displayed in first layer to show how simple it may be to build graphic on final report.
